A Day Trip to Shiding Thousand Island Lake 石錠千島湖、鱷魚島景觀平台

This is a beautiful place. We drove to Shiding (石碇) and had dinner at Qing Qing Scenic Café (青青景觀咖啡).

Although the food wasn’t excellent, the restaurant had a pleasant and relaxing environment.

After dinner, we decided to visit Shiding Thousand Island Lake (石碇千島湖). I used Google Maps to navigate to 千島湖, but when we arrived, we realized the spot was too close to the lake. We couldn’t see the full view of the lake and islands, which was quite disappointing.

So I restarted my Google Maps search and found another spot:

📍 Crocodile Island Viewing Platform (鱷魚島觀景平台)

This was the right place! The view was amazing. We took a lot of photos there and really enjoyed the scenery.
